Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent experience. Current California drivers license. Minimum 3 years recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare. A proven track record in interviewing, assessing, selection and recruitment of candidates, knowledge of EEO requirements, legal practices and proactive selection strategies. Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented with the ability to proactively and effectively handle multiple tasks. Computer literacy required.
